Many project organizations have an urgent need to get their projects under control and meet their
cost, lead time and quality targets. Often the reasons for projects loosing control are unrealistic
planning, unclear and unmanaged scope, lack of on-time resources and lack of decent processes
and process fidelity.

The project management competency center is an approach to bring selected projects under

The Project Management Competency center is designed to comply with PMBOK, CMMI® and/ or
SPICE requirements and can be utilized to bring  projects faster to capability level 2 and 3 for Project
Management related process areas. It also impacts other process areas where Project Management
is required.
